To the right of the front door, above the panel listing the office numbers, there is a light grey intercom box with a dark grey border. Look for the small Essential Osteopathy label and press the button immediately beside it.
Once inside, please wait in the ground-floor waiting area until I come to collect you or call you upstairs.
The clinic is on the first floor.
