Adults (15 years and over) – book under Adult Osteopathy. Please select Initial Consultation and Treatment if this is your first visit, if you have a new issue, or if you have not been seen in the last 2 years.

Babies – scroll to the Cranial Osteopathy for Babies section and book a Cranial Osteopathy Initial Consultation and Treatment appointment. Babies are seen from 4 weeks after their expected due date.

New patients (all ages) – an email with a link to an online intake form will be sent to you. Please complete this as soon as possible - ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Wait list – select your appointment type and scroll down to click “Add yourself to the wait list” under “Can’t find a time?” You’ll be notified automatically if an appointment becomes available.

Payment – card details are entered when booking. Payment is taken online after your treatment.

Appointments may shift slightly – if I need to adjust your time you’ll be notified. You can re-book via your account if the change doesn’t suit.

Cancellations or changes – 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a fee. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment by logging into your online account rather than emailing where possible. This helps ensure changes are processed promptly.

Fiona graduated with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) having previously gained BSc (Hons) from St Andrews University. She is trained in cranial osteopathy and modern acupuncture and combines cranial, functional, visceral and structural techniques in her holistic treatments. She has a particular osteopathic interest in treating pre and postnatal pregnant patients, sports injuries and using cranial osteopathy to treat people of all ages but particularly babies.

In addition to a number of other postgraduate courses, Fiona has studied cranial osteopathy through the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy (SCCO) and has completed the Joanne Elphinston Movement System (JEMS®) Movement ART Course 1 & 2 and the Art in Motion - Anatomy Trains in Motion course.

Aside from working as an Osteopath, Fiona enjoys swimming, going to the gym and generally being active outside. She also loves the theatre, art, films, books and travel.
